How to Use Fenugreek Seeds for Weight Control and Diabetes Control

  1. Fenugreek Water

    Soak 10 gms of Fenugreek seeds in 2 cups warm water overnight. Drink this water in the morning. You can chew the seeds also.

  2. Fenugreek Tea

Crush 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds in Mortar pestle and boil in a cup of water. Steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain it and consume hot.

3. Fenugreek Sprouts

Sprout fenugreek seeds for 3 days then consume sprouted Fenugreek seeds. You can mix either have them dierctly or mix with other veggies or other sprouts.

Fenugreek seeds have warm effect to body, so better to consume them during colder season. Don’t overdo the quantity as this may lead to complications.
