Ingredients of Moong Dal Shorba Recipe
50 grams of moong dal
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tbsp Butter
Salt as needed
20 gms onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Water as needed
For Garnishing
1 teaspoon mint leaves
1 teaspoon coriander leaves

How to Make such a Moong Dal’s Shorba:
Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat. When it melts, add onion. Fry the onion for a while. After that, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chili, turmeric powder, and salt. Add the moong dal and run it. Now add three cups of water and take a boil.
Boil for at least fifteen minutes until the dal becomes soft. Also, periodically remove the layers from the top of the pulse. Blend the lentil mixture. Heat the butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
After adding cumin, add pure lentils and boil it. If needed, add water and mix the spices. Mix the juice of lemon to taste. Garnish this delicious broth with mint and coriander leaves and serve hot.

Moong Dal Shorba is a healthy recipe in which you use ginger powder and black pepper powder along with yellow moong dal. Lemon juice is also added from the top which makes this soup even more delicious.
