  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3/4 cup jaggery (or sugar)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ghee (clarified butter) for greasing

Instructions:

  • Heat a pan, add grated coconut and jaggery (or sugar). Cook on low heat until the jaggery melts and combines with the coconut.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
