Here is the simplest preparation of Aamras (Mango Juice) that is loved by everyone especially by kids.
Ingredients:

4 cups Mango Flesh (cubed)

ΒΌ teaspoon Saffron strands

3 cups Water
-
1-2 tablespoon Sugar
How to Make Aamras:

Use an electric blender, puree the mango flesh, water and sugar.

Then serve Aamras cold with Saffron strands.
