Coconut Laddu
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Some finely chopped cashews and almonds
Method:
- Lightly roast the coconut in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Add condensed milk and milk to it and cook on medium flame till it thickens.
- When the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and mix.
- Let the mixture cool down, then make round laddus with your palms.

Chocolate Barfi
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mawa (khoya)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup dry fruits (finely chopped)
Method:
- Add mawa in a pan and lightly fry it on medium flame.
- Add powdered sugar to it and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Add cocoa powder to half of this mixture.

Kesar Pista Sandesh
Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer (grated)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tsp sugar powder
- 1/4 tsp saffron strands (soaked in a little milk)
- Finely chopped pistachios for garnishing
Method:
- Mix the paneer well with milk and sugar powder.
- Add soaked saffron strands and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
- Cool the mixture, then shape it into small balls.
- Add pistachios on each sandesh and garnish with saffron.
Malai Peda
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mawa (khoya)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
- Add mawa and milk in a pan and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
- Add sugar to it and cook till the mixture thickens.
- When the mixture cools down, add cardamom powder and make small pedas.
- Add cashew or almond pieces for decoration.
