Let’s start with this quick, easy and delicious Mix Vegetable Instant Recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera)
- 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 cups chopped vegetable like beans, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum
- 1/3 cup soya chunks – soaked in water for 10-15 minutes
- 100 gms of Paneer (cottage cheese) cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Degi Mirch
- Salt as per taste
- 1-2 Green Chilli finely chopped
- 1 Medium Tomato finely chopped
How to Make Mix Vegetable Instant :
- Firstly heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds, let them splutter and then add Ginger Garlic paste.
- Saute for 4-5 second.
- Now add chopped vegetables.If using peas saute them first for 1-2 minutes. Then add other vegetables and soya chunks.
- Saute these vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
- Next add chopped tomatoes, salt and other spices.
- Mix well and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now cover the pan with lid and let the vegetables cook on low flame.
- If required add 2-3 tablespoon of water.
- Keep stirring occasionally. These vegetables usually take 7-8 minutes to cook.
- When vegetables are cooked add paneer cubes and mix.
- Cook for another 3-4 minuteson low flame.
- Finally Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Recipe Tips:
- Improve aroma by adding 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala.
- 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) also adds on flavour.
- Add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree also to have thick curry consistency.
- Steamed Fresh or frozen peas adds on to flavour.
