Ingredients:

  • 1 Mango (Rinsed, peeled and cubed)
  • 1.5 cups milk – chilled or at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoons sugar or honey or jaggery (optional)

How to Make Mango Shake

  1. Firstly add chopped mangoes in a blender jar.
  2. Now add 1.5 cups milk and sugar/ honey/ jaggery
  3. Then blend till smooth.
  4. Finally pour in glasses. Chilled Mango Shake is ready.

Recipe Tips:

  • Better to use sweet and ripe mangoes. These do not require additional sweetener.
  • Garnish with nuts like almonds and pistachios.
  • Moreover healthy seeds like flax seeds or pumpkin seeds can also be used for garnishing.
  • Add ice cubes to make it chilled.
  • Small amount of water can be used with milk.
  • Toned milk or skimmed milk can also be added.
